Customer Success Specialist (Norway) – Scale Sitedrive’s SaaS across Norwegian contractors and make factory-style flow the norm
Location: Remote team in Oslo, HQ in Helsinki
Sitedrive is opening its first Customer Success role in Norway to help residential and general contractors adopt location-based, industrialized production on their sites – and expand successful pilots into company-wide impact. You’ll be the face of Sitedrive on Norwegian construction sites, in Norwegian.
Key points at a glance
✅ Compensation: €4000–5000 / month fixed. (Approx. NOK 46 500–58 000)
✅ What you’ll do: Onboard and coach new projects, make value visible (health/NPS), prevent churn and drive expansions with our new Account Executive in Norway.
✅ Where: Oslo area / Norway; close to customer projects, in Norwegian (English is used internally).
✅ Growth: Real career paths toward leadership or broader international work as we scale beyond Norway.
✅ Team: Small senior core; you’ll partner daily with our AE in NO, supported by the FI revenue team (CEO-led).
Why not apply: If you want high-volume ticketing at a distance, this isn’t it. We’re hands-on with customers, on site when needed, and focused on real change enablement on construction sites – not just “support.”
Why Sitedrive is your next move
If you’ve run construction sites or schedules and you’re itching to move the industry forward, this is the front row. Sitedrive helps contractors plan and manage production with factory-like precision using one shared, location-based schedule – cutting build times and replacing firefighting with flow.

We’re investing in Norway because momentum is real: land-and-expand is working, enterprise opportunities exist, and local language support is critical for adoption at scale. You’ll turn successful pilots into company-wide use by coaching super users, making the value visible, and earning trust site by site.
This role fits a medior customer success pro who can work hands-on and independently, and who loves the mix of construction site reality, coaching, analytics, and steady expansion – with the humility and patience that enterprise construction change requires.
Role details
Your mission
Onboard every new Norwegian customer; train crews and super users so Sitedrive becomes the shared plan everyone follows.
Drive value & adoption: Track health and outcomes; make progress and bottlenecks visible; ensure project wins are captured and shared.
Expand accounts together with the AE: from one project to company-wide use – proactively spotting upsell opportunities (you’re not “sales,” but you see the openings).
Support smartly: You’ll still handle support tickets, but the trajectory is toward change facilitation over pure troubleshooting.
A typical week
Kick off a new pilot: prep the location-based schedule and run onboarding sessions.
On site or on calls: coach foremen/engineers on combining Gantt + location-based (Takt/Line-of-Balance) inside one plan.
Health review in our weekly revenue huddle: highlight risks/opportunities and agree expansion plays with the AE.
Tackle a few support tickets; escalate bugs; feed product with field insights. (We’re adding more onboarding automation so CS can focus more and more on higher-value work.)
Stakeholders
Daily duo with Account Executive (NO); supported by FI-based CEO and revenue core.
Customer super users and site management (site managers, project engineers).
Goals & metrics
30 days: Learn Sitedrive, our ways of working, strategy and goals.
90 days: Lead CS work in NO proactively (with FI support); own health metrics and onboarding quality.
360 days: Own the NO CS process; contribute materially to expansions and ARR growth.
Success indicators: completed onboardings, strong health/NPS, number of expansions to company-wide use, and churn prevention.
About Sitedrive
We’re a Finnish construction-tech company founded in 2022, on a mission to industrialize construction by making on-site production flow. With Sitedrive, contractors plan all phases in one tool and connect tasks to exact locations, replacing scattered schedules with one shared plan used at the site.
We’re really passionate about our mission & making this big change in the industry. Our roots are in real jobsite challenges; Sitedrive emerged from practical needs to shorten lead times and bring transparency to production – now used across hundreds of projects, cutting time and waste by turning hidden idle time visible.
Today we’re a small, sharp 12-person core team with a clear GTM focus. Norway is our first international build-out: the local team (the new AE + CS, you) will be led and supported from Finland at first, with real autonomy on the ground. Culture-wise we value open communication, ownership, supportiveness, empathy, humility and constant learning.

Benefits & practicals
Salary: €4000–5000/month fixed. Final offer aligned with Norway market practices.
Location & language: Oslo / Norway; close to customer projects; Norwegian language is essential.
Flexibility & autonomy: Life-friendly, outcome-driven culture; high ownership with senior support, not micromanagement.
Tools: Modern CS stack; product onboarding is increasingly automated so you can focus on impact.
Growth: Clear paths into broader leadership (e.g. CS Manager, CS Lead Norway) or new markets as we expand.
