✅ Compensation: Base salary 4000-5000 €/month + uncapped commission. Typical on-target earnings 6000-7500 €/month. Commission is 10% of MRR from new customers.

Role details
As our Senior Sales Manager, your main responsibility is leading the sales process from discovery to closing new customers. Buenno’s sales are consultative B2B solution sales where the discussion focuses on how organizations can better understand their customers and turn feedback into real improvements.
In practice this means you will:
Lead discovery conversations to understand the customer’s business challenges
Run product demos and connect customer experience insights to real business outcomes
Manage sales processes involving several stakeholders across an organization
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
Close new customer deals and grow recurring revenue
Help develop Buenno’s sales playbook together with the founders

What success in this role looks like
After 1 month. You have met several potential customers and built a strong understanding of the typical challenges organizations face when trying to turn customer feedback into action. You can already explain Buenno’s product and start running product demos with support from the founders.
After 6 months. You are independently running sales conversations, leading demos and managing your own pipeline. You have closed your first deals and are comfortable navigating discussions with multiple stakeholders involved in customer experience, marketing or operations.
After 12 months. You have built a portfolio of customers and are consistently closing new business. You contribute visible growth to Buenno’s recurring revenue and actively participate in developing how the company’s sales processes evolve.

Today Buenno has over 50 customers and more than 50K€ in monthly recurring revenue, with annual revenue around 500K€. Customers include companies such as Power Finland Oy, Kamux and Rinta-Joupin Autoliike.
Buenno currently operates mainly in Finland, but international expansion is already in motion, we have a dedicated Market Expansion Manager building the foundation right now. The plan is to validate the right GTM approach this year, with accelerated international growth targeted for 2027-2028. The company is targeting approximately 5% MoM growth, which means new customer sales will play a key role in scaling the sales function – first in Finland, then internationally.
Practical details
Salary and compensation: Base salary 4000-5000 €/month (based on your experience) with uncapped commission based on recurring revenue from new customers. Typical on-target earnings are around 6000-7500 €/month depending on sales results.
Opportunity to become a shareholder through our option program after completing the 6-month probation period.
Working model: Hybrid work, offices in Helsinki and Tampere. Flexibility in where you work depending on your situation.

Experience in consultative B2B or solution sales: You are comfortable selling solutions where the discussion focuses on business impact, not just product features – and you have genuine curiosity about how your customers' businesses work. The best people in this role actually want to understand the customer's world, not just sell to it.
Ability to lead multi-stakeholder sales processes: Buenno’s sales conversations often involve several decision makers across the organization.
Strong business conversations with decision makers: You are able to connect customer challenges to concrete business outcomes.
Ownership and drive in moving deals forward: You're ready to take responsibility for building momentum and progressing deals independently. Buenno is a small team, which means you'll work closely with product, customer success and leadership – someone who naturally shares context, asks for input and contributes beyond their own pipeline fits right in.
Fluent Finnish and good English skills: Most customers are currently in Finland, while English is needed in customer discussions and internal communication.
